About Us:

Tridaal is a vibrant retail clothing store specializing in a variety of traditional and modern ethnic wear for customers from diverse backgrounds. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Female Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding items that meet their needs.

• Communicate professionally and clearly with customers, providing product information and answering questions.

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store by arranging displays, restocking items, and keeping the store clean.

• Assist with basic tasks on the point of sale (POS) system for processing sales and handling returns.

• Work as a team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

• Help customers with styling tips and suggestions for traditional and ethnic outfits.

• Wear store clothing and participate in photoshoots or video recordings for advertising and promotional purposes as needed.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Nepali and English is a must. Hindi is preferred but not required.

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with customers.

• Customer-Focused: Friendly, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Fast Learner: Quick to adapt to new products, sales techniques, and POS systems.

• Basic Computer Skills: Some knowledge of using computers and POS systems is preferred but not required.

• Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, especially in clothing or ethnic wear.

• Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn about our clothing lines to better assist customers with style recommendations.

• Comfort with On-Camera: Comfortable wearing store clothing and participating in photos/videos for social media and other advertising as needed.
